Larry J. Soldinger

Founder/Managing Partner/ CPA

Larry Soldinger founded L J Soldinger Associates (LJSA) as a full service international certified public accounting firm in 1989, and he currently serves as the Firm’s managing partner. He has numerous business contacts throughout the world and provides international financial and accounting services to his many clients. Through Larry’s leadership, LJSA has become a firm highly regarded for its consulting services on mergers and acquisitions as well as providing auditing, and other various accounting services, to publicly held companies. The Firm is well known and respected for its traditional accounting services as well as for a variety of other non-traditional business consulting services, including corporate planning, budgeting, forensic accounting, turnaround services and cash and pre-cash crisis management.  Larry is responsible for overseeing and managing all practice areas of the Firm, including our SEC practice, Consulting, Auditing and Tax Departments.   Larry is actively engaged with many of our Firm clients and offers advice and services primarily in the public company reporting arena, as well as transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax, audit, forensic accounting and litigation-related services, where he has testified as an expert witness in high

profile cases.

                                                                                                                                           

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Larry has completed hundreds of transactions. He has spent his career evaluating companies, negotiating and structuring transactions.  He brings vast expertise in all financial areas of transactional work for publicly held and privately owned companies, both foreign and domestic.  In addition, Larry provides the Firm’s individual and corporate clients with advice on a wide variety of financial and tax matters. He oversees evaluations of private and public companies, as well as the Firm's issuances of fairness opinions. His work also includes advising clients regarding pre-cash crisis, cash crisis, turnaround services, acquisition of companies out of bankruptcy, and insolvency and workout situations. Larry also oversees the Firm’s litigation-related services for both private and public companies as well as high net worth individuals, including fraud detection, damages and loss determinations.

                                                                                                                                      

Larry began his accounting career in 1973 and received B.B.A. degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, Edie, and has two adult sons, Ben, who is also a Partner in the Firm, and Shane.
