Jake R. Sherman

Manager/Tax/CPA

Jake is a Manager in our Tax Department, where his responsibilities include the preparation, planning and review of many of the Firm’s tax projects and more complicated tax returns for our privately held, publicly traded and individual clients.

 

Over the last five years, Jake has gained vast experience in individual, corporate, trust and estate income taxation. In addition to gift tax, S-Corp and partnership tax returns, he has also gained experience in options for limited liability companies, operating in all industries. On top of this, Jake has a solid background in audit and forensic accounting, allowing him to assist in those departments as needed.

 

Jake received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northeastern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
