Benjamin J. Soldinger

In his role in the Firm’s Consulting Division, Ben directs a number of client engagements in many different industries. He has also established sophisticated computer and financial systems for many of the Firm’s clients.  For the last 25 years, Ben has acted as a delegate, representing the Firm in its international associations. As part of his responsibilities as a delegate, Ben participates in the annual general meetings of the organizations, which are held in different host countries around the world, as well as regional meetings. There, he participates in exchanges of international business matters with well over 100 international members.  Ben has great experience in merger and acquisition services, which has included due diligence, quality of earnings, and negotiation work. He is also well versed in cash crisis management and has aided his clients in all financial matters, including acting as an interim CFO for several clients until the position could be permanently filled.  Ben also has a solid background in tax and audit, allowing him to assist in those departments of the Firm when needed.  Additionally, Ben heads up our entertainment division within the Firm, where he has great experience and knowledge of the industry.

 

Ben received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.  Personally, Ben enjoys fitness, travel, and has extensive knowledge of wine and music.
