Alice is a member of the Firm’s tax practice, where her primary responsibility is the preparation of privately held, publicly traded, and individual client income tax returns. Alice also assists in tax planning, responding to routine client tax questions, and researching and analyzing multiple client tax issues.
Prior to her specializing in tax, Alice worked in the Audit and Review Services business unit of the Firm, where she participated in the planning and the execution of procedures in various audit and review engagements for both public and private companies. She brings more than 15 years of extensive accounting experience to the Firm in the areas of cash management, financial, regulatory and SEC reporting, accounting process improvement and accounting system implementation for both privately held and public companies. Before joining the Firm, Alice was a controller for a private mid-sized company, where she oversaw the daily accounting functions, managed the quarterly forecast and annual budget process, implemented accounting procedures and managed and developed the company’s banking relationships.
Alice received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
